Nik Davidson
DIRECTOR

Born and bred in London, England and educated at the prestigious Manchester University School of Management, Nik embarked on his career over twenty years ago with London & Provincial Properties. Accountable for areas like asset identification and purchase, sales and rental negotiation, design and construction, portfolio management and regulatory compliance of both commercial and residential sectors, it proved a great introduction to the business world.

 

After several management roles in the corporate sector and emigrating to the United Sates, Nik transitioned into the not-for-profit world leveraging his real estate and operations background to identify, design and develop new residential housing, clinics and office facilities whilst overseeing the upgrade and construction of existing locations. Expanding his responsibilities to cover purchasing management and administrative functions for a large social services agency and having cut his teeth as an operations and senior management specialist, Nik spent the latter part of his 15 year tenure in the charitable world in an executive leadership capacity primarily focused on strategic planning, organization building and restructuring within several non-profit institutions.

Reentering the for-profit sector, Nik filled leadership roles with companies in several industries, Serving as VP for Acquisitions at privately held real estate company travelling across the country looking to expand their pipeline and exponentially grow their residential portfolio.

 

From there Nik was brought in to run Evolve Treatment Centers, a company providing innovative and cutting-edge treatment for young adults and adolescents struggling with addiction and mental health issues. In Nik’s capacity as CAO, he was responsible for guiding the company's strategic growth, developing and maintaining systems for optimal effectiveness while directing operations for all facets of the organization from HR to Marketing, Program Development to Licensing, Compliance to Clinical and from Facilities to Finance. Having opened a 4th residential treatment center, likewise a 5th intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization facility in tandem with 3 sober living houses, a combined staff of 180 operating in NY, NJ and primarily LA. Nik then went on the lookout for an exciting new opportunity a little closer to home.

 

Torn between either building something from scratch or looking to join a growth oriented, big thinking organization in a senior strategic leadership role, Nik found himself providing consultation services in the interim. With diverse management experience spanning both corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Nik is renowned for superior leadership skills utilizing a collaborative approach, while developing innovative strategies and their flawless implementation. After several engagements servicing businesses of different shapes, sizes and industries and partnering with Joe, Nik feels he’s found the best of both worlds.

 

Driven by his penchant for excellence, a philosophy of reciprocal accountability and keen sense of fiscal responsibility, Nik is known for his project management and team-building skills. He thrives on delivering stellar results and both developing and executing strategic objectives in a professional and timely manner. Nik’s open-door policy encourages mentorship, and his high energy level is contagious.
