Nik has a natural demeanor and personality that enables him to have good chemistry with the people he’s working with. He’s objective and patient in his observations. He’s a good listener but also gets his message communicated well. This makes him successful in making the right suggestions and getting a cooperative team effort accomplished. I enjoyed working with him as did my associates.
